How long does a commission take?
Every piece is different, so the timeline depends on the size, complexity, and details of your commission. Once we discuss your idea, I’ll give you an estimated completion time before we begin.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required before I begin your commission. The remaining 50% is due once the artwork is completed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I’m happy to send artwork and products internationally. Additional shipping charges apply depending on your location and the size of your order. Shipping details and costs will be confirmed before your order is dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible only if work on your painting has not yet begun. Once I’ve started creating your piece, the deposit may be non-refundable, depending on the stage of the artwork. For the fairest outcome, please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
